Yes, we provide maintenance, upkeep, and fragrance refills, and if a unit has an issue, we will replace it with a backup unit immediately, so your business keeps smelling great without interruption.
What is the service fee?
Service fees start from 1,000-5,500 baht/month (excluding VAT), depending on the unit size and number of units. The price covers the unit, fragrance, and monthly maintenance in a single package, so you don't need to buy the unit yourself.
Which areas do you service?
We provide monthly fragrance refills in Bangkok and its vicinity (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom) and Chonburi (up to Bang Saen). For other provinces, our team handles installation nationwide, with monthly fragrance shipped by post.
Is the fragrance safe? What standards certify it?
Every scent is blended in-house from imported fragrance bases, with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and IFRA documentation from the fragrance base manufacturer certifying every scent. It is safe for use in hospitals, clinics, and places with children and elderly people.
